Burnt butter (also known as browned butter) is really popular, and it’s used in many different recipes for its burnt, salty (if salted butter is used), caramel flavor. It is also makes a perfect, and very popular Carnivore candy! Well, it’s not really candy, but it’s the closest thing to candy for those of us on a carnivore diet. This is because it has that salty caramel flavor, and a chewy, caramel-like texture. It’s really pretty good!
There are plenty of ways to use burnt butter whether you’re on a carnivore diet, or not. It’s a favorite with chefs and cooks around the world. So apart from pouring it into molds, refrigerating it, and then eating it as it is, it can be used in sauces, blended into drinks, or used for baking and cooking.
